last (?) day of school

hi.

yesterday was the 'last day of school'.

first was a long prize-giving session.

second, an inspirational talk by Mdm Cheng.

third, briefing for Bridging.

forth, returned to class. inspirational talk by Mrs Chua. She believes that our class has the potential to get at least 5 distinctions and get our results from Ms Cheng for the Os... =/ anyway, i've gotten my result slip. will post my results soon, i hope.

fifth, school ended @ 10am. (okay i'm gonna stop the numbering, lol)

then was sectionals. kinda fail. because very few people turned up.

then was the celebratory lunch for 25th anniversary. buffet. food was pretty okay. the chicken cutlet was nice, so was the beehoon :D

we finished our meals and helped to serve. as the crowd began to subside, there was alot of food left because the caterers kept topping up. LOL. so eventually, some of us takeaway food home. but i didn't, heh :)

after that was 高华 lesson. then choir.

after choir, went to Manpuku. Amanda, Leeboon and I shared a bowl of ramen and one-for-one Mango Soda. also bought emicakes before going to Manpuku. emicakes was very nice ! :D

umm, then we walked around t1 for a little while and went to leeboon's house to play. haha. leeboon and amanda were taking the chance to influence me to play Audition, but NO! i will hold on to my stand - No Audition. :D

so unknowingly, we played until around 7.40pm and left. sincere thanks to leeboon's dad for sending amanda and I home (:

okay. that summarises how i had spent yesterday.

and yeah, i've backed out of the 23 nov concert finale. leeboon, amanda and cassandra had pulled out of it as they had things on on those Saturdays. so, i, finally decided to pull out too, given the fact that the Os were nearing and that I think I should really pay more attention to my studies and everything. a diao conversation I had with cassandra yesterday with regard to attending the finale concert.

Me: Can you tell me why I should go and why I should not for the finale? So, I should go because..?

Cassandra: ...

Me: Okay, never mind, then, I shouldn't go because...?

Cassandra: It will take up your Saturdays and (... etc etc)

already received the holiday assignments. obviously, i've not yet touched on any of them. and more to come during Bridging. the common test topics have also been highlighted. omg. more stress to come. D:
