Hi guys :)
It's the NDP holidays now (!)
Really glad to be able to catch a breather in this hectic Term 3.
When school reopens, there's going to be A Level SPA going on, PW (as usual), and more hwk and revision for Promos!
Promos is coming in about a month, and I'm not ready for it! :(
I'm going to productively maximise this short holiday, by completing my homework by tonight if possible, and start on all the delayed homework and revision on Saturday and Sunday night, excluding PW. PW is a never-ending "homework". :(
Anyway, I went back to PRSS with Amanda, Faith, Valerie Ho, Jerelyn and some other 4E7 peeps (even though initially the plan was called off). Met a few teachers like Mrs Lim, Mr Tan and Mr Wong Wei Long (yeah he's back in PRSS). Though we were the only bunch of people who returned to PRSS, it was another fulfilling time that I spent there. Talked to Mrs Chua for about 2 hours plus. Amazing eh?! So we just chatted (or complained, actually) about our JC lives. She shared with us about the happenings in PRSS and stuff like that. Really had a great laugh, and also got to know her even more. Hahaha :D Mr Desmond Ng, though he isn't our Maths teacher, was really entertaining too. He doesn't really know me well, but since I'm often seen with Faith and Amanda, he recognises me as an ex-Pasirian too and we chatted for a while too, and he kinda knew a little about my background as well. Haha. :) He's as funny as ever; a really great form of relaxation! :)
Faith rushed off for her dental appointment, then Amanda, Val Ho & I headed to Carls' Jr for lunch. Chatted a little more then we headed home.
Seriously miss the bus rides on bus 10. :( I know it sounds stupid to be missing bus rides, but it really feels strangely familiar whenever I board bus 10 now. Feels very nostalgic, back to those days when we were in PRSS. This also led me to think about whether the Pasir Ris Secondary attachment that I have is so strongly etched with the others in the graduating cohort of PRSS as well as my JC mates (of course with their own secondary schools)...
I'm not sure if there would be an opportunity to return to PRSS again on Teachers' Day, as the teachers would be leaving the school rather early for their annual High Tea session. Luckily I decided to go back on Wednesday. Phew. :)
Alright, time to get back to work!
Bye!
