Promo Results

Hello !

Haven't been blogging as frequently as I wished to due to PW.

School hours are pretty enjoyable now, as we only have Chinese lessons and PW (which is a self-dismiss thing too). Having said that, school hours are still not short as I still continue to stay in school until as late as 5 or 6pm to complete do PW (Yeah, 'complete' is not a word which you can easily use for PW).

Okay, anyway back to the purpose of this post, which is about my Promo results, here it is:
GP - D
Chinese - A
Physics - C
Chemistry - C
Maths - S
Economics - C

It's definitely an improvement from MYE, with the exception of Maths. Sad, but expected after I attempted the paper.. Gotta work on my Maths now! Part of failing Maths had to do with the difficulty of the paper, while the other part would be due to my own carelessness (and complacency to some extent) too. Generally, I am quite satisfied with my results, mainly because I have improved from MYE. But obviously, there is still room for great improvement, and I have to really work harder and study smarter. :/

Anyway, just a short rant:

I am really starting to dislike R now, mainly because of his/her blur-ness. I really cannot take it. And what makes it worse is that R argues back whenever I tell R off or correct R. It gets really frustrating and irritating. I try to control myself, but sometimes it's just.. ARGH. R does not contribute much and submits low poor quality work that requires tons of editing that I might as well do it on my own. And I am starting to think that R is acting blur, based on the way that R behaves and all, but I have no way of affirming the fact. I seriously think that R is not dumb at all lor. And speaking of 'dumb', R even typed the title wrongly and wrote it as 'Young Not Dumb'. What the shyt man. Does R thinks that this is about some bimbos or something. Zzz.

I am starting to think that the others are improving and getting better except for R. And I honestly think that nothing would change by the end of this journey. Sigh. Leechers are just like that. :( You can't get rid of them, and in my case, it's never.

By the way, I just finished 'Nineteen Minutes' by Jodi Picoult. My first book from Jodi Picoult. Nice story, but I thought that it was just a little long and draggy, judging by the time that I took to read the book (I think I read it at the average speed that I usually take to read other books). But it's a worthy read about bullying which led to murder. Although the storyline is something which I think is less common in Singapore, because we don't have high schools like the kind described in the book, I still find the story rather relatable to my own life, as in the perspectives and thoughts of the characters. :)

I am starting to think that I speak a little fast, judging from the fact that I take about 3 minutes to finish my OP presentation. I have got to learn to speak a tad slower, so that the assessors have time to understand and digest the things that I am saying. Plus, I am honestly a little afraid of OP as I know that I am not an eloquent speaker, so presenting is not really my thing. But for PW, I have to fake it and look confident, at least in front of the assessors. WR Submission is due shortly.. Haiz.

'A' Level Chinese is around the corner. Copying from my Facebook status “惨了,还没准备‘A’水准华文考试。。” Yeah I have not prepared for it yet.. :( Have to learn to better manage my time !!!

Hmm, don't think I have anything else to post.. oh yeah, btw, I'm recently a fan of Jason Chen. Hahahaha.

Okay, that's all folks.

Bye! :D
